Bone shin crises

Various variants of crises of bones of a shin are observed: crises of the condyles shin bone, diaphysial crises of two bones or the isolated crises of the shin and fibular bone, crises of anklebones isolated or in a combination with crises distal radius shin bone.

Diagnostic difficulties can represent cases of crisis of separate bones without displacement when symptoms are erased, and finiteness function practically is not changed, for example at crisis fibular bone. The radiological control is obligatory for all cases.

Immobilization it is carried out with Kramer's frames: one frame stack on a back surface of a shin, the foot, the second (Y-shaped) – on a lateral surface of a shin. Braces lay with sheet wadding and fix soft bandage.

Crises of anklebones. It is one of the most frequent kinds of a trauma, especially during winter time. Crises of anklebones result from an indirect injury. Depending on character of a trauma distinguish crises of the external and internal anklebones, two anklebones, anklebones and forward and back edge shin bones, so-called - trimalleolar fracture.

Crises of two anklebones and trimalleolar fracture are combined with a foot incomplete dislocation ahead, inside and outside. Morbidity, deformation and a hypostasis in the field of an ankle joint, pathological mobility, crepitation of the bone splinters are marked.

The diagnosis is specified by means of ankle joint roentgenograms in two projections. Transport an immobilization at crises of anklebones it is made Kramer's by two frames or improvised means.
